@Caniggia,,

will there be an option to choose a gameplay that is similar like SWOS?

As there are options to choose  a few view points for the gameplay camera. So to be similar like SWOS, the pitch positions, smaller players like in SWOS...etc

tnx
It's hard to answer that question. This is not a pixel engine we are creating. You have to have a fresh approach when you move onto this. We've used the feeling of the controls from Sensible/SWOS and the feeling in gameplay. You will have to find out when you play it. 98% of those who have played it so far, love it or like it. ;)

So now that Sociable Soccer CM (Caniggia) will present at Sensibledays 2016, would be great for you guys to test the new game of John Hare. I'm curious to listen from old sensible players your review about Sociable Soccer. I know that Caniggia says to see it as a new game but it's difficult not to make comparison between two games.

Yeah it will be fantastic to get the feedback from all of the old fans. We're also gonna let you guys take a quick survey and then I'll present that to Jon and the team.

Hi, unfortunately we didn't.
The current build couldn't run on our available hardware.
Shame, but still great to be able to hear all about the current status of the game, the ideas behind the game, and to finally meet Gustav, the game's community manager.

I wish John Hare gives the Sensible World Of Soccer source codes to the comminity. Or codemaster who has got nowadays.

It's not Jon's decision. The decision lies with solely with Codemasters who owns all the Sensible Software licenses.

In some ways it is good that we "only" have SOWS 96/97. So we know the game very well and there wont be any new version we "have to like".
Between 1998 and 2001 I played FIFA online. I really liked the 99 Version and was very good. Then FIFA 2000 came out and I did not really like it. But when there is a new FIFA version, no one ever played the old one again. So I was forced to play FIFA 2000 or quit playing online. So you see, I really like that we have a fix SWOS Version and we are not forced to decide what version we have to play against each other.
