Hey, Sebatosh, thanks for your efforts anyway! It's much appreciated.
I hope you can play some local/regional tournament in Rotterdam, nevertheless!

Yes, after the first 'Dutch Open' in 2006, we're trying to make a new one.. Sebatosh invited us and we were enthusiastic about the possibilities.. bleachers, big screens, good beer, central... but we saw the drawbacks as well... so a one day tournament would be a good start..

Some weeks ago I talked to Klaris about our plans for hosting Sensi Days 2018 and we decided that we have to wait a year. Klaris just moved and I have to do the same in primo/medio 2018. If we should be able to do it for €120 we also have to book the place almost a year before the tournament.

We are sorry guys.

Hey there, Sensible people! I have read all 3 pages about Sensi Days 2018 and, as far as I see, there is just a conclusion: it won't take place in Rotterdam, nor in Hamburg. Do you have an idea which remains the most probable host location for next year? Or which are the most likely locations?  ;D

@ElMichaJ
I had to cancel [connected] this december, as my grandmother have died one day before. For sure I could ask the [connected] guys anyway if wished, but the sensible days would be more like [connected] cup 2016 and not like the other Sensible Days if it comes to standards (sleeping for example).
I allready had some emergency plan talking to Playaveli with different plan. Write to me on discord chat and I can tell you.

Don't think so. We're already doing an international cup for 16 - 25 players once year ;) It would be nice to have at least one
other bigger SWOS tournament anywhere else :D

Even more important, we already spoke about it to maybe do it one day. But at the moment we have no option for a location for 120 Euro with 6-8 meals and 3 overnight stays.

Guys: if it's needed I'll help with the organization wherever Sensi Days will be held.
I don't need to play in the tournaments, I'll get my games in the friendlies :).
We're finally settling in to our new home, though it'll be a few more months until I have
a cabled pc to play swos again :).

Problem with Holland is just the money. Rotterdam would have been great (and we're going
to hold a tournament there  sometime next year), but sleeping places are just way too expensive.
Almelo/Bornerbroek was affordable (thanks to Mark's mum), but I don't think it's a viable option
for 2018. Maybe we could find somewhere else (though I haven't a clue where) but the location
would always, like Almelo, be the middle of nowhere. That has major logistical problems.
In Holland a hotel-ish enivronment with good accessibility etc, with the Sensi Days requirements
would mean a price tag of 200-250 euros. A.k.a. not suitable for Sensi Days and not even suitable
as a backup plan.

We could always ask around if necessary, but it would be nowhere near ideal.
Is somewhere in Germany still a possibility? Seems unlikely.
Seeing as Denmark is ruled out, probably Eastern Europe again.
