I've got it working on my Mac with Catalina
PS4 gamepad working well
Gameplay is superb - well done to the devs

Not sure about the whole Crossover thing - once the trial runs out, I assume the "bottle" won't work any more? I've read conflicting reports about that

I have no idea how difficult it would be to make a stand alone Mac version ?
I'd much sooner pay the devs for a Mac version then pay to keep using Crossover

Personally I think it should be on the Mac App Store - it so good and deserves a wider audience.
Sensible Soccer tribute games seem to do quite well on the iOS App Store - SSC2020 being the best example - Apple regularly promotes it as a featured game

My crossover ran out, but I overcame this by doing: Run command and inserting the game launcher. Sorry for the poor english

Could you explain overcoming Crossover running out for a dumb ass ????

Hi all, some days ago i asked help for Swos with catalina, thanks a lot to all and playaveli in particular. I solved it, the problem is my old 2011 mac incompatible with catalina that has trouble with graphic card. I reinstall Sierra and i solved some graphic problems that include Swos.

I am currently downloading crossover so I can use the SWOS 2020 file and play the updated version of the game. This file (swos2020_v1.2.setup.exe) is obviously a windows file so I'm guessing this will be used with crossover? Do I need to create a folder and place this into it to find it on crossover?

Also, I read about already needed swos 96/97, where will I get this and also will this also work the same way now without wine bottler?

I don't use 96/97, i use directly 1.2. it works itself. Crossover works, but in my mac i use free play on mac.

free play? what is that? and how does that work?
