Tactic creating advice

I was wondering if someone could explain how to build tactics so all the players get green ticks?

I was looking at the saved formations and tried Playa1 formation and it gives all green ticks. I was wondering how I can make my own formations do this?
What are the variables to make this happen? Does it depend on what skills a player has or only position?
