Can anyone upload the 2016-2017 file? I can t seem to get the programme working. I guess I need to be spoonfed...

Apologies I meant the CSV file.
So far I download the finder link. Unzip the .tgz file and unzip the .tar file.
Then I have 3 files: 1 = 20kb swosscan blank file which does not open (looks jumbled up in wordpad), 1 = 45kb swoscan , 1 = 1.13kb text document swosscan .
I ve tried putting the application and blank files into C:\games\SWOS1617\GAME\DATA and then typing commands as suggested below into DOSbox but no joy.
