sound- dosbox- swos

can anyone help me please?

i ve got swos 97/98 working fine thru dosbox. but still can t get any sound. been thru install.exe and configed midi and digital sounds stuff, but no joy. i m so close to realising the dream of having swos on my pc. please help!!!!!!!!

Hi, i m using a CD version of SWOS with D-Fend as DOSBox frontend and the game runs perfectly; I can hear all commentary, crowd and game sounds.

All you need to do is download a DOSBox frontend (for example D-fend, here emulationrealm.net/modules/wfdownloads/viewcat.php?cid=219 ), do a little and easy set-up and you can play Swos on your pc.

Haha i forgotten how cool this game was!

to get the sound, open up d-fend and run setup for swos. when this has opened goto configure and select sound... now on both midi and the other one goto creative or 100% compatible... do auto setup on both save configuration then run the game.. should do the trick.. it did for me anyway...!
