Season 2008/9 Update 0.2 -***EURO 2008 Teams Included*** Download Now!

Hi everyone,

In close cooperation with Muzzer we have recently been working on a European Update for SS06 to cover club teams across Europe for the season 2008/9.

Update 0.2 includes the following:

*** Version 0.2 of the update is not an incremental update from version 0.1 but a complete makeover. Hence a number of European Teams not belonging to the 8 original club team nations of the game that appeared in version 0.1 are temporarily missing until the next version of the update. ***

- Updated/added all teams competing in Euro 2008 plus England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland N. Ireland, Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia.

- The European Cup competition for national teams follows the same competition format as Euro 2008.

- The European Cup competition for club teams has been modified to include 29 teams that are likely to participate in the Champions league 2008/9. (In order for this competition contain only existing updated teams, the following sides have been added: Besiktas, Leverkusen, AS Nancy). This issue will be resolved in the next update as more teams are updated.

- The Euro competition for club teams has been modified to include 32 teams that are likely to participate in the UEFA Cup 2008/9.

- Super Cup teams have been modified to Man Utd v Zenit.

- shield cups for all country modified for 2008/9 season.

- Top and Other English Division updated.

- Fixed minor mistakes for all English teams (i.e. Top and Other).

- Premier league and championship now have the correct teams that will participate for the 2008/9 season.

- Dutch 1st Division now has the correct teams that will participate for the 2008/9 season (Correct naming of teams pending).

- French 1st Division now has the correct teams that will participate for the 2008/9 season (Correct naming of teams pending).

- Portugese 1st Division modified to include 16 2007/8 season teams 2 teams that will be promoted for the 2008/9 season (the Portuguese 1st Division has still 18 teams in the game).

- Italian 1st Division now has the correct teams that will participate for the 2008/9 season (Correct naming of teams pending).

- Spanish 1st Division now has the correct teams that will participate for the 2008/9 season (Correct naming of teams pending).

- German 1st Division now has the correct teams that will participate for the 2008/9 season (Correct naming of teams pending).

- Scottish 1st Division now has the correct teams that will participate for the 2008/9 season.

- Scottish 1st Division teams updated (including some early 2008/9 season updates).

- Some early 2008/9 season transfers have been applied.

- Fixed kit issues displayed wrongly on the score bar

- Provisionally changed kits and names of national teams to be modified on the next version of the update so that users can become familiar where each national team will be located.

- Modified the country and division each team is shown in the in-game editor to match promotions and relegations. For European teams not belonging to the 8 original club team nations please check on my site or in the in-game change team names .[glow=red,2,300][/glow]
