Command Line

With the latest version after the update the commands were no longer effective. ON a PC with a 16: 9 screen I deleted and reinstalled the game and everything worked again, but on a PC that I have the monitor at 4: 3, even having deleted the game and reinstalled, I can no longer view with Open GL and CRT GEOM. .
Would it be possible to have a HELP of the complete command list so as to write everything over? Thanks
