Hi all,
the mod can now take historic seasons and whole historic worlds prepared by anyone, as plain data. No programming and no hex editing: just CSV files you can edit with Excel.
Classic seasons
A season to play in Season mode, like the DDR 1988-89 of release 2.6: clubs, squads, coaches, the league and the national cup bracket (real ties, so the game plays the real bracket if the same clubs win).
Career worlds (new)
A whole football world of an era (for example Europe 1984-85) played as a career, season after season:
How
Copy the example folder, replace the rows with your data, optionally run the checker, and send it to us (GitHub issue or here). Ratings are optional: without them they are calibrated from each club's strength; ratings from another database can be used with its authors' permission and credit. Every contribution is credited in the release notes.

Career worlds guide: github.com/aminta/swos-9697-mod/blob/main/packs/CAREERS.md
(Italian versions: README.it.md and CAREERS.it.md in the same folder.)
Looking forward to your seasons and worlds!ake historic seasons and whole historic worlds prepared by anyone, as plain data. No programming and no hex editing: just CSV files you can edit with Excel.

Career worlds (new)
A whole football world of an era (for example Europe 1984-85) played as a career, season after season:
- several countries, leagues with divisions, promotion and relegation
- national cups, and European Cup / Cup Winners' Cup / UEFA Cup played only among the clubs of that world
- qualifiers from the season just played; the holder gets a place of its own and defends its title
- the season year starts from the world's first year (e.g. 1984/85)
- VIEW WORLD and the foreign-player market show only that world
