arrrgh!....lost 2009 career!

So annoyed!!....I thought I would download the lastest 2010 version but didnt realise that by doing so it would overwrite the 2009 version i was currently using! Which means i have lost my career game which I have been playing for hours every night!
So thought I would start a career with the new version and the club that i use (the team i support in real life) and the players are worth half as much as in the old version and the players I used to buy (e.g Emile Mpenza) are nowhere to be seen as the country he plays for are not on the update!!
Cant be arsed to start all over again

02/01/11 Update:
The installer now backs up all your saved careers, tournaments and highlights, before re-installing SWOS.
At the end of the installation, it restores all the saved data back, therefore you should be able to resume a career where you left off

I must of gone wrong somewhere, When i went into load old competition there was nothing there. Probably due to me now beig very technical!

the installer never used to backup careers (which is why you lost yours)
but since yesterday i ve now edited the installer so it does,
so perhaps start a demo career and save it straight away and quit swos,
then download and install the latest version:

then when you start swos, see if the career is still there
