The only downside of this method is that the Albanian league and team get out of reach, as the SWOS makers decided to make Albania country 0.

Unfortunately I cant get this one to work, I edited the sws.exe file and changed 00 at 14DD9C to 50 but still start as a club team in a new career.
Anybody know what I m doing wrong?

When you go into the choose team screen, and then select Europe, then at the top left do you see Albania or Europe?

I mean in Swos total patch which is the sws.exe that the launcher used?
