Career mod cheats

Does anybody know how to cheat SWOS career mod? Actually, I want unlimited seasons (beyond limit of 20 seasons), posibility of two human players (or more) can play career, posibility of computer teams can make transfers (computer-computer, not to make transfers only for my footballers) and that computer teams have more than 16 footballers in squad.
If we solve this, we will not need to play some other football managers in iife anymore
