Editing the palette for the 10 kit colors was created by DaniSwos
In the DOS version, the exact intensity of the 10 colors for the kits is defined in the file PAL.256 as follows:
Offset Color RGB
0xFA03 gray = 26 26 26
0xFA06 white = 3F 3F 3F
0xFA09 black = 00 00 00
0xFA12 orange = 3F 19 00
0xFA1E red = 3F 00 00
0xFA21 blue = 00 00 3F
0xFA24 brown 00 3F 08
0xFA27 cyan = 26 26 3F
0xFA2A green = 00 37 00
0xFA2D yellow = 3F 3F 00
This file PAL.256 is not present in the .hdf of the Amiga version. Do you know where and how exactly is the palette for the kits coded in the Amiga version? I tried to open the executables SWOS and SWOS2 but I could not find the equivalent strings I found in PAL.256 for DOS.
