CHAMPIONS LEAGUE AND ISSF CUP RULEBOOK
1. Game options
- Game length: 3 min
- Pitch: Random
- Equal: OFF
- Teams: Free choice (Databases 96/97 and 16/17)
- Custom tactics: not allowed
2. Game mode
- DIY Cup (Extra times + penalties, away goals: off)
- Quarter-finals and semi-finals are played over 2 legs
- Finals are played over 1 leg
3. Qualifying for Champions League / ISSF Cup
- National league winners qualify for Champions League
- Players finishing second and third in their national league qualify for ISSF Cup
4.1 Tournament structure - Champions League
- Number of participants: 4 players
- KO rounds (semi-finals, final)
- Random draw
4.2 Tournament structure - ISSF Cup
- Number of participants: 8 players
- KO rounds (quarter-finals, semi-finals, final)
- Random draw for each round
- Players of the same nationality cannot be drawn against each other in quarter-finals
5. Schedule
- Players will be given at least two weeks to play each Champions League round, and at least 10 days to play each ISSF Cup round
- Deadlines will be announced in the ISSF channel on Discord
6. Attendance
- The ISSF channel on Discord can be used to arrange matches
- In case of unplayed matches, messages left in the ISSF channel will be taken into account to determine who should qualify to the next round
- If a match remains unplayed, with no message posted by both players, neither of them will qualify to the next round
- Players who are not willing to play in ISSF competitions must notify their league manager, preferably before the first draw. They will be replaced with the player immediately behind them in the league table
