Player values and Res / Trial Players

Hi,

I have some questions about the player values. I play SWOS in career-mode (successful) but the value of the players are getting down...
1) Are they any rule when the values rise up or down? Is there anything to keep in mind?
2) Is there a difference between res and trial players? How did rise up their value?
3) I always getting less and less money... is there any (legal) hint?

I m not an expert, (there are TONS of those on these forums!), but I know you can use a custome tactic that can help with player values etc. Look in this thread to find a download for Playavelis custom tactic that will work if you use a team that can play 4-4-2:
