Sensidays 2027 - planning a proposal, community answer needed :)

Thear mates, we have to withdraw our project of sensidays in Portugal. The venue is perfect, between Porto and Lisbon, swimming pool, reassuring around, awesome, but we would need at least 40 people paying 200€ each, it is too risky

Is it worth looking around for other accommodation options? It is still early, we don't need to start taking bookings until early next year.
The last three venues were at camps which would normally be used for school groups, which was a cost-effective solution. Do such camps exist in Portugal?
To give an idea, the accommodation cost for Sensidays this year was 4000 EUR. With a cost of 200 EUR per person, we needed at least 30 people (once food drink etc is taken into account).
I see that the University of Porto does summer camps for children for sports. Is it worth contacting them, to see if they have facilities (accomodation and an events room), to see if they could provide something for Sensidays?

Hi Ben, the high cost that makes us to need 40 people, is due to if we book half venue, we only can use a small meeting room, little and isolated. But it has an amazing living room, next to swimming pool, sofas, outside tables, etc... But only we could use it if we rent the complete venue.
We weighted several other options, no one as good as this one I'm talking, but there were not near Porto or Lisbon. Furthemore, I added some budget costs to help people bringing the amigas and pc, because most of people would have to come by flying.
We are still looking, but I considerer better to allow others to work in other projects, because it is difficult to have it in Portugal right now.
