Check launcher menu for keyboard layout help. There is a tab for replay functions:
Up/down (speed up/Slow down replay speed)
Left/right (rewind/fast forward)

i = Toggle replay menu (hide/show)

GK control in penalties:
Hold direction so yellow arrow points where you like to jump. No fire button needed. Just hold directions. He will jump automatically.

Up/left + Up/right = Long jumps (for strong shots)
Left or right = shorter jumps (for mediocre or weak shots, if penalty taker has a weak shot).

GK control = just in special practice mode so far.
Penalty = F
