Sensidays 2027 - planning a proposal, community answer needed :)

The same here. I took my Amiga to Cambridge so I can bring it to Porto as well.

I also have a few Amigas I can bring, I think we will be fine in that respect.

With PCs, M4RK and swoozh provided 3 systems this year. The smaller Neoware PCs would be very convenient, but we would need to find some more (or another solution which can go in hand luggage).

The CRT TVs or monitors need a SCART connection for the Amigas. For the PCs, we need different monitors, I think VGA connection?

If you don't already have CRT TVs, I'd recommend starting looking for them secondhand now. Ideally we need at least 6 systems for Amiga, with one spare system.

I visited the venue we used this year (Burwell House) in August last year and then we reserved it shortly after. We then started taking bookings in January/February.

We mainly did catering ourselves, as we did not have the budget to get in professional catering. With 200 EUR for the whole weekend, we were fine this year with budget, with effectively 30 participants (more for Amiga, fewer for PC).

I suggest you start looking for a venue which can sleep 30-40 people and which has a large room we can use for gaming.
