I tried to do it in the SWOS editor 1.3. for 64bit Win Propack will not run. when I did it on 32bit Win Propack turn on Dos window, but did not load teams. How can I edit these files?

You can use SWOES or Pablo s PC SWOS Editor to edit the pc versions of the files, then use dosbox to run propack on them so they can be used in the Amiga version.
Example in dosbox, if c:/data contains your pc data files and c:/propack contains propack:
mount c c:/data
mount d c:/propack
d:
ppibm p c:/*.*
I personally always edit the PC files as a whole data folder, and propack them all later.
Remember to run PC SWOS Editor s fix foreign market on your data folder before you propack them, so that your changes work properly in career mode transfer market.

You need ppibm not propack in the last line I think.
My Propack folder does not have a propack.exe, but a ppami.exe and a ppibm.exe. If you have propack.exe then I m not even sure what that is. I ve been using my same install for years, maybe it is weird or even out of date.
Also the team.xxx file must be from a PC version that isn t already packed.

First you need to unpack it with such as:
ppibm u c:/swos2
Then you can use SWOES v1.3.0 (by Whiteulver) to edit lots of things (including everything I ever edited) in SWOS2.
In SWOES, these first steps necessary:
- file - set Amiga SWOS2 path
- [folder icon] - choose location of some relevant team files (also PC versions/unpacked)
Then the main functions for editing the SWOS2 file are:
- Amiga - Teams Per League
- Amiga - World Competitions
- Edit - Change Leagues Names (use Amiga checkbox)
Then you can propack it again (along with your data files) when finished, and use it.
There are some other things you can edit once it s unpacked, using any hex editor program. Such as the default tactics. But I never edited those so I don t know how.

You know, I haven t actually unpacked anything for years. I ve been working on the same unpacked swos2 file since about 2006. I will upload the unpacked swos2 when I m home from work, and post it here.
In the meantime you could try the a function, in case it makes any difference:
ppibm u a c:/swos2
