Yeh I saw that but thats only Italy and Republic of Ireland . Is there a complete patch for the season like previous years?

There is not. Synchronated no longer makes updates. The previous link is contributions from several individuals. You can download those country updates you like, and update them manually. There is a lot more than Italy and Ireland. The thread continues for 5 pages so far.
Sorry, to dissapoint you, but you are more than welcome to collect all the updates and create a pack if you like.

Thats a shame. Perhaps someone would like to team up and create a file for the upcoming 2015/2016 season?
I will gladly help create it if anyone is serious about making a full update.

In the topic linked here there is a work group of some people that are creating squads, you can of course join them and also create some leagues files
