Every manager in world soccer has his Mr Reliable and i m sure anyone who s managed a team/teams on swos has his too ?

May be he is a player you try to sign first and money is no object .

May be he is no superstar on the world stage.

Who were or are your Mr Reliable s on swos 95/96 swos 96/97

I have two on swos 95/96 and both cost little money as i start off in the lowest english league.

Charalabos Pittas (left back) Appollon Limassol (cyprus) 180k (very fast and can hold his own in top leagues)

Rick Hoogendorp (striker) Den Haag (holand) 300k (good speed,deadly infront of goal)


My Mr reliable in swos 96/97

Alan Shearer (striker) newcastle (england) 15m (his surname should be just goals !)

I also like Peter Schmeichel (gk) man utd

But when I start in lower leagues, my first buy is Mausaki Kanno from Kyoto P Sanga (Japan League), he has a fantastic shoot, worth only 160k! And later, if I have more money, I am trying to buy Marcel Witeczek from Bayern, a great striker! Axel Roos and Oliver Schäfer from Kaiserslautern for the defence!

He s in every team i manage. God speed, strong shot, nice finishing. Quite well ball controll either. What do You need more? :)

Hehe...I buy him since last year for every career, but the real gold nugget for me is Gary Pallister in the defence. I bought him since I know this game, in every career. The first money I spend is for this defender, then I buy LW and strikers.
