The team number needs to be in the csv file for compatibility issues, but it is not used when using the import function from the Team page.
Hope that makes sense!
Edit: You can also manually edit the team name after import from cvs. Just remember to click the save button after import, and after edit again.

actually Skill Generator, SWOS Data Editor, SWOES v1.3 and future v2 are compatible!
If you download dataset from SWOS Data Editor can open in SWOES and tactic and data are OK!

From the Team page, the csv importer will replace the current viewed team, keeping its division and team number. But you can have a new team name in the csv file.
The team number needs to be in the csv file for compatibility issues, but it is not used when using the import function from the Team page.
