Bulgarian Open 2012

Dear SWOS friends,

Next month (on the 22-nd of September), Bulgarian Independence day, we will be hosting the Bulgarian Open PC SWOS tournament 2012 in Sofia. The event is intended for the Bulgarian fans of the game but any participants from abroad are kindly welcome. For all participants from abroad (if any) we can provide free accommodation (on Friday and Saturday), transport to the tournament location and free drinks and food during the tournament.
Expected attendance from Bulgarian players is 8-10 players.

Can we get some info on results and who is the winner?

Hi,

unfortunately this year some Bulgarian players also were not able to join the tournament. We played a group stage with 7 players (pretty much the same what we usually do almost every Sunday). Then the 1-st player would progress to the semi-finals while the rest would play play-offs 2-7, 3-6 and 4-5. The 7 players were me, Dennis, Sokol, Dilian Kuzmanov (Dido), Ventzi, Vladetto and Bobi (a new player taught to SWOS by Vladetto). I asked him to register to the site so that results can be entered. I should point out here that in the first final game at result 1:2 I tackled Dennis player in the penalty area but instead of a penalty the referee let the game continue and the attacker (Raul) was injured for 1 game. Also in the second game Dennis was unable to use his RB Secretario who got 2 yellow cards (thus a red card) in the first game and was suspended for the second one.
