A few minutes ago I played Amiga SWOS, online vs. Redhair.

Following circumstances:
- Linux vs. Mac (cross-platform!!!)
- No Winuaexp
- No kaillera
- No kickrom
- 100% working

Hopefully we can post a tutorial soon.

yes.. this seem to be the only alternative to kaillera atm. however it is not a lot simpler imo.

It is cool that you can run it on multiple platforms, but when i tested this with bobrix some time ago, performance was not good for me (even offline)..
could have been the settings i hope, because all in all it looks promising. I even contacted him on his chat channel, to hear about wip, plans for future etc.
looks like it is close to a one man project so far..

but lets give it some time, and hopefully it will be a better option for more stable online play..

My settings were bad and we played on adf s, now it s possible to play on hdf s online so it shouldn t be that laggy.
Btw i can play offline swos on my phone(50fps), so your pc must be ancient or system need reinstall
