Please help its taken me hours to get this far.........

First of all your joypad must be recognized on Windows control panel, and it should be the only game controller you use.

Do you use the Total Pack?
If yes, just run SWOS, go to SWOS++ menu and calibrate your joypad.
Done.



^^In this menu go to CONTROLS ...and then choose this:



Calibrate your joypad by following the screen instructions
(Up-Left, Fire, Down-Right, Fire, Centered, Fire)

No, you can backup your *.CAR (whatever you named it) file and use it in the Total Pack, too.
No problem.

^^ following steps:

Download 1.06 standard and 1.09 update
Then Download MM_update from 2nd folder.

Then install in this order (NOT TO C:\Program files... install it to somewhere else, maybe D:\games):
1.06
-- 1.09 to SAME folder
-- mmupdate to SAME folder

Done!
Put your *.CAR file into the folder ...run\p02_swos_97

Start swos with original 1997 database (startup options) and load your career.
Press spacebar if SWOS doesn t start after the dos-screen ( windows version not supported blabla ).
