I ve sent you a PM. In essence the location will be something like
C:\Program Files\SWOS-Total Pack-106\launcher\TEAM_SETS\01
or in your case
C:\Games\pc-swos-totalpack\launcher\TEAM_SETS\01
So you want to be going through launcher rather than run , which is probably just where files are stored temporarily depending on which version of the game you choose to run.
The 01 folder corresponds to the first team set in the Total Pack menu (usually the original 96-97 database); the other folders correspond to the other options.
Cheers

I made quick test. And tried to load data with Editor available at: www.swos.pl/downloadeditors.html ( SWOEditorS ver 1.3 ). And there was no problem with loading using updated PC Total Pack. Probable full version of Amiga/PC Total Pack also will work.

Ofcourse if you use Amiga version od DATA files, they need to be unpacked before editing and packed back after editing. To do this you need pp.exe file included with that editor or ppibm.exe file from RNC_ProPack.lha package available at Aminet. More information about command line using and more are in propack.doc text file.
