Hi all. My first message. I m playing with SWOS 96/97. I had the idea of playing with 2 different national teams. Somebody did it? That s what happens:

I chose nationality: OTHER

1st season: Red Star Belgrade. Win League and Cup. Abroad offer accepted.
2nd season: Fenerbace. Win League, Cup and UEFA. Abroad offer accepted.
3rd season: Silkeborg. Win League and Cup. Abroad offer accepted.
4th season: Sparta Praga. Win League, Cup and Uefa. National team offer acceptes.
5th season: Czech Republic national team. Classified for the World Cup.
6th season: Czech Republic, world cup champion.
7th season: Czech Republic, not classified for Eurocup. All games lost 5-0. Sacked. Offer in czech league accepted.
8th season: Branik Ostrava. Win League and Cup. Abroad offer accepted.
9th season: Mac. Tel-Aviv. Win League and Cup. Abroad offer accepted.
10th season: Dinamo Moscow. Win League, Cup and UEFA. No offer.
11th seson: Dinamo Moscow. Whatever I win. No offer.
Etc. No offer, teams or national coach.

I came back from Mac. Tel-Aviv and I accepted other offer.
10th seson: Lingby, Danmark. Win League and Cup. No offer.
11th seson: Lingby… No offer.

Etc.

Something happens after the 10th season?
Is it not possible to be in 2 different national teams?

Thank you!

I don t think it s possible to get job offers from two national teams in the same career, unfortunately, without hex edits.

However, you can hex edit the job offers to get an offer from any club/nation. In this way you can manage multiple national teams in the same career. See this thread, and maybe some others in the Hex Edit board:

Thank you for the answer.

OTHER means that you can receive an OFFER from the natiaon you are coaching a team. So, if you are in Ajax, maybe Holland can knock your door. But if you change and you sign for Benfica, maybe can be Portugal. But:

- You never can coach a national team that has not a league in the game (for example, Nigeria, Ivory Coast)
- There is a bug with Jugoslavia. You do not receive never an offer
- You cannot coach 2 different national teams. You can be rejected from a national team, but you never will have an offer again.

In the *.car file is a special sector with a limited number of slots for saving ex-teams and players. There is a place for storage 7 our ex-teams (7*16=112), 120 sold players (6*20=120) and 120 generated players in cpu-team as a result of transfers or 0 ex-teams and 352 sold/generated players.

Job offer from national team comes very often, if it is not accepted. Job offers from clubs we may receive to the end of the 19th season, while from national team to the end of the 16th season (PC) or 18th (Amiga). A higher number of job offers is in PC version.
