Sensible Days 2015 ?
We ll (Poland) do it, but give us some time to prepare proposals. If we decide to do it .... we need to be sure that we will be as good as our friends from Denmark (if possible?).
By the way we are working on this!
Small comment on that:
- we really want to do this,
- we started a project around one week ago (me, xflea, Foka, Paczek and Dzem),
- we are looking for location somwhere in Poland,
- if we will manage to do this, we will organize Days for sure (of course if our appication will be accepted),
Fingers crossed my Friends, more info at the beginning of september.
This is great news. I would love to go to Poland again and you can count me in for sure

You really want to do it? With that team mentioned, I have no doubts that you CAN do it!

I have co-hosted a Kick Off 2 tournament in 2007 in Rome.
From my experience in italian big cities the main problem is to find a cheap hotel close to the place of the tournament or viceversa.
After dozen of tournaments we find that a perfect formula is playing a tournament in a conference room of an Hotel.
Anyway in Italy the cost of the Hotel + Conference room could be too expensive, at least it was so BEFORE the italian economical crisis.
I am quite confident nowadays things are different and if you can book 20-30 rooms you could get a special deal for both conference room + room price.
In Rome and Milan for example room price change heavily depending on how far you are from the center, but if you can have a good deal i think you can have a special price also in the central part of the city.
In Rome, in 2007 we set a tournament fee of about 35 euro and a room price of about 60 euros per night, but again in 2007 was before crisis.
I would suggest, if you have players from Rome, to choose this venue www.vigamus.com/en/ , it is a video game museum in Rome placed near the centre of the city. The museum has a big conference room and it could be perfect for hosting retrogame tournaments. Nearby there are many hotels reachable by foot.
Cheers, Gianluca
