one question about countries / country codes in SWOS:
we stick to the original list of countries from 96/97 like we did in 16/17 update? that means no adding new countries, right?

second question:
this check is needed to fix problems from 96/97 version? one that comes to my mind is that 2 countries (IRAN and IRAQ) have the same country code IRA
