SWOS 2020 - bug reports

I think the answer is no but will the WCs, CLs, ECs, UEFA (EUFA) be ever updated? I guess it's not possible to make every of these more accurate to the year we're playing but still hoping for example to have the Total Pack version with accurate teams. Perhaps as a fan mod? (If 2020 wasn't a fan mod in the first place).
I don't really know how to modify it but you once mentioned it's possible somehow.
Now it's more trouble because changing the name of EUFA to UEFA seems easy but Europa League is kinda different and there will be an offshoot if someone plays the career from the 96 for example. Imagine the world, where the trial players etc. can be nowadays famous players when you play from the years before and the market is changing during the years. Perhaps in SWOS 2030...
And Euro2020 is moved to 21. There's no CL and EL atm, there's Nations League. I know it's all shit nowadays so you probably stay with 96/97 basis on puprose. It has its logic which I understand and makes everything simple. More pure, as the Club World Cup and Confedderations Cup isn't imporant as well, like an old Intertoto, the silly season's stuff.
But it connects with Copa Libertadores somehow and would be a nice update to some point.

How to transfer career save from total pack to basic version ?

Win 10 Pro 1909. Access violation error with v1.21b launcher when i click on TeamDB tab. With v1.1 & v1.2 i had no errors. See attachement.

please update to 1.2.1c via online updater and try it again
