Where exactly on C? Are you installing to the default location?

Btw, it seems you didn't point the installer to a previous version of SWOS (swos.hdf, for example). Have you tried following all the steps described by Nearvanaman?

at least you can join discord and make a screenshare with admins while you are installing. its easy to do that. then we can follow your steps

you can do also screenshots of every single step and upload here.

Ok, look I did you a solid, barbera. I made a short video about installing. I can't do much more than this. I haven't got time to annotate it so hopefully you can follow. This shows you what to download, how to rename the file and how it all links together.
