I get an error message when I try to use swscc -i

Found SWOS 2020 x32 executable.

I want to add second Division for Turkey League. Is this working for PC or Amiga version of the game?
I think it is not working with latest swos 2020 pack.

it won't work.

1- AG SWS Edit. Load Turkish league.
2- Edit League Structure. Change division number 2.
3- Create patch for swscc.
4- I copy swscc files (swscc.exe, winmm.dll) to E:\\SWOS 2020\swos folder. And I create plugins folder.And copy those files in it (SWSCC.asi, swscc.xml)
5- Cup.038, Team.038, Leauge.038 files are şn the same directory like swscc.exe
6- Then I open cmd ( commend prompt)
7- in the directory where swscc.exe, I write swscc.exe -i
8-
Found SWOS 2020 x32 executable.
SWSCC Initialized...

Find Cup File: "CUP.038"
Find League File: "LEAGUE.038"
Installing Path...
File Path Size: 44
Allocating...
Alloc Memory: 0x0x14d90000

9- Then I start the swos 2020. And Control the Turkish League. But there is no 2nd League.
