Let us know what your girl/wife think about SWOS, what happens when u spend time for this great game?

My wife thinks I m a little strange, playing an old school game, (her words). I ve tried to explain to her why it s still the best football game there is, but she just gives me that look and smile like I m a three-legged puppy chasing my own tail...

She just shakes her head when she sees the time I ve put in playing around with making mods for SS 2006 and SWOS, she really does think I m a geek sometimes hehehehe...

My girlfriend thinks it s a bit strange. She also thinks my Sensible Soccer t-shirt is lame. I don t mind however.

The first time she saw me playing SWOS she said: This game s graphics is literally awful! What kind of interest do you find into that? .

Then I explained to her this game is simply unique due to many other reasons beyond that historical graphics.

She s a great player of Pro Evolution Soccer on PS3 instead...

Frankly, my girlfriend hates this game. She doesn t tell, but I see it. She considers every minute I spend playing a minute I m not with her.
So she is jealous. And sometimes she is even right when we are crowded with stuff all day long and I put myself in front of the screen in the evening and stay there for hours. I tried to teach her to play and she was really excited when she did her first goal vs the computer. But that s as far as I will ever get her.

Still I think playing SWOS is a much better hobby than working on a car in a garage all the time.
