The biggest reason for me to play the amiga version is that in career mode the games are longer.
In the pc version they are extremely short. It so short its unplayable for me.

Just voted PC because of commentary(perfect), animations and video intro. On Amiga spectator sounds and menu music may be slightly better. Players also move a little differently. Ah, and it takes time to load or save sth on Amiga version.

Also found that Sensible Soccer: International Edition (Mega Drive) lets you choose difficulty, I m wondering if I can play it emulated on a pc.

I started playing it again and I hope to see one more game like SWOS that lets you create your own tactics, play the matches, do transfers and play a career and be so good at it. It s not the most detailed or most realistic game but it s still the best. I do not know of any other game like that though 20 years passed.

just voted for amiga as that is the best and native system for the best football game in the world !

as I am playing mostly offline i like the fact that amiga version is hardest version where the keepers are the best. i also like xbla version on big screen with friends or against CPU , the drawback is that you can easy score goals there against cpu.

It s not only that the ball physics seems nicer on Amiga. Also shots are going definitely wider/longer... not much but still.
Did some experiment with Brazil, doing a simple straight long goal kick, pausing the game when ball touches down.
Outcome: CLICK HERE

could it be a result of different strength of aftertouch you are able to add on those two systems?
