for a new step in sensi history i need two persons who can help me

no app, just a mobile website ... not responsive

for tablet and modern smart phones

mobile concepter:
doing screens and workflows for a small mobile feature set

- results entering
- tournament / results views
- admin tournaments

mobile html and php
- using backend functions for making nice and easy views

For it to work on both mobile (smaller screen) and tablets (larger screen), it might have to be responsive.

Is that to create a mobile website from scratch? In my experience, I have found it is always best to use a free mobile/responsive framework (years of testing/continuing development) than starting from scratch and then tweak to give it a swos look.

This way, it is well supported across all plaforms and if needing any update in the near future, it can be updated easily without any major changes, less work and less maintenance.

Not sure if you have already found guys to do the work for you?
