Needed:

- coder (php (cakephp), mysql, maybe some additionals)
- designer (websitedesign, buttonmaker, mabe Photoshop, swos addicted graphic soul)
- newb supporter (show them the way)
- software supporter (additional software for offline things, swos online version configuration)
- chat master (operator, banner, deescalator)

Additional:
- league and event admins (create, make, stats)
- forum admins (cleaning content)

would be nice with some more info about what needs to be done exactly or your thoughts at least.

but as it stands im educated as a graphic designer (photoshop/illustrator/indesign etc.) and web coder (html and asp.net, im guessing you need php)
atm i have plenty of time to help with some projects if you need help.
