[TUTORIAL] How to play endless freekicks / situations on WINUAE

Hi.

On sensidays 2013 there was cool competition, freekicks and best penalty ever.

How to do this ?
It is very easy.

1) Download WinUAE www.winuae.net/ - www.winuae.net/files/InstallWinUAE2610.exe

2) Configure Special Keys (you have to use device you have connected, if usb keyboard it will be HID[3])

K - load state
L - restore state
Return - quick restore state

3) Click on Start button

Now you are ready to play. You can change display to full screen at display tab and configure controls at GamePorts tab.
You dont have to use any disk, kickstart or any other stuff.

You have blank screen now. Press L to load situation. K to save. Enter to quickload and F12 to bring WINUAE

there is a file with 9 freekicks, 8 from tournament and 1 extra for U and penalty kick

every direct freekick is 3 points, indirect 1 point (but must be scored by tackle or header)
after 2 weeks i will publish solutions from every player

try to beat ALI 23 points
or maybe Jon Hare 14 points

but how to save the input configuration?

there is no way i tried everything
but anyway it is just few clicks

still haven t been able to figure out how to set-up my joystick in order for it to work with this, nothing seems to work even though it recognizes the PCB in the drop-down menus. How do you set-up axis and stuff, exactly?

Also, unlike WinUAE SWOS it leaves some green area to the right of my screen, any way to make it work in 672x272 Line Mode normal expanded to full screen without having it actually trigger the buggy full-screen mode?

i used it with competition PRO USB, Wingman Attack 2, many joypads

no issues,
no calibration needed to

please note that you dont use joystick to quick save/quick restore state, only keyboard

you setup joystick at GamePorts Tab

so, what am I doing wrong? Game loads, I can move the players with mouse when mouse is selected but the Joysticks directions won t work, only the buttons I set up for Restore and stuff.
