Hey guys!, so my PC with Windows 7 is super slow anytime we try to download SWOS. : ( My husband and i are pretty sure its a case of malware in our PC. I was wondering if anyone has an Antivirus suggestion. With so many options out there, i would love to get suggestions of the very best ones. Thank you

Advice I keep getting (I need a new free antivirus program) is Malwarebytes.
Though other people here know a lot more about these matters than I do.

So after a few trials, we ended up discovering that it was indeed a virus, a Trojan horse at that!

I meant a trojan horse from our computer, not on the SWOS downloads.

So basically what happened was the Trojan horse ended up installing a new software in our PC :-\ I learned it was a trojan horse through a blog post i read online here It was about the different types of viruses and what they do to your computer. I thought the description of what had happened to our PC was the same as what the post describes as a Trojan-horse.
