As far as I know Codemasters has stated not to patch the game anymore.

I can only agree with St Vitus. This is the best community ever. Great players and great times. Skip the XBox

Okay, I see.Swos on xbl was released more than 7 years ago; it s been a while since the echo faded away mate.
On one hand, xbox offers a huge choice of games, so most purchases were casual; on the other one Codemasters s porting is affected by terrible lag and other major bugs.
I played Swos on xbl for 5 years and I can t deny I had fun despite all the above mentioned problems, but there s no comparison between the online quality you can find here and the slow motion matches you have to get used to play there.
That being said, Swos on xbl is incredibly fun if you play it offline with friends.

Tournaments, ooo (ranked games, ooo stands for one one one ) and friendlies are played with Amiga Swos.
I don t particularly like Pc-Swos, so I have never looked/asked for information about it.
I know for a fact that a pc-swos world championship is played at SensibleDays, but we are talking about offline events.
