hey guys, i need advice please
i play SWOS on amiga 600 i dont have player names displayed in game and i only have a few pitches.
if i play on amiga 1200 i get all the picthes and the player name and time displaed.
is this becuase it has the AGA chipset or becuase it has a 3.1 rom?

Because of AGA chipset.
You need at least 2MB RAM on your Amiga to have highlight saving option, clock all time on, and player names displayed.

i see ok. my amiga 600 has 4mB.. i was hoping if upgrade my rom to 3.1 it would allow me to see clock and names. thanks

It is 4MB Chipram or Fastram ? You need 2MB Chipram if i am right

its 2mb chip ram and 2mb fast ram. i am running off HD, when i get home i will run of floppy disk and see if it makes a difference

Doesn t matter if 2MB Chip or 4MB Chip or whatever. My A500 has got 2MB Chip and 8MB Fastram, no player names shown. Same in the A600 if I remember right...so it seems to be a gadget for A1200 only!

And please don t forget the corner pole flag. 
On A500/A600 the flags are unanimated and on A1200 they have animation like the wind is blowing around them.
