Brazil is the fastest team of the 3 overall. Also their positions fit the 442/sweep formation well. They have the best defence in the game. On the downside, most of the players lack passing and control, so it is more of kick and rush style of play, or heading.
Real Madrid has the the best offence in the game, with 3 almost flawless attackers. They have a superior overall level of passing and control. However the defence and wingers are mediocre.
Italy is a good mix of Brazil and Real Madrid, and is the team with most stats points in the game. So the bench is decent compared to many other teams.

You could look into Barcelona, Newcastle, AJAX or Juventus too.
