How do I play swos .hdf? Cannot get it to work. was created by kvncooper
Hi,
I ve only ever played .adf swos. Now trying to play .hdf swos so I can get the updates but I really can t figure out how. Do I add the .hdf file to the hard disk in winuae? I ve tried that and it doesn t work.
If someone can guide me as to the configuration and any paths / disks I need to set, I would appreciate it a lot.

Just download this : files.sensiblesoccer.de/Setup_ASWOS.exe
And add your Kickstart ROM 3.1 to the ROMS folder. That s all you need to play SWOS from hdf file, it s already pre-configured.

I think he means that he wants to play Syncro s updated SWOS? If so, you can still use the method Daimaou mentioned, just copy the updated SWOS .hdf to the default install location, (C:\Program Files\Amiga SWOS\Disks), then backup the swos.hdf , and rename synchronated s hdf to swos.hdf
You won t be able to use this online, but the career mode etc will work fine.
