I have recreated the basic pixel font used in SWOS here - fontstruct.fontshop.com/fontstructions/show/1916

Would be nice if updated.
Im not sure if its possible, because i never created a tff. In my opinion Swos-Font needs shadow.
My suggestion is union swos.tff and swos2.tff:
Bold - in swos.tff should be swos2.tff
Intalicized - in swos.tff should be swos.tff with shadow
