swos.ring23.com/stat/cgi-bin/download.pl?file=swpe.zip
Extract to SWOS main folder, then run swpe.exe! It is very complicated so maybe not suitable for newbies.
In this archive is a good readme file. Just go through it.
PS: This tool is also very useful for highlight files which can be viewed in windows now.

I would like to make a pitch like the one here
www.sensiblesoccer.info/forum/index.php?topic=13702.0
with the red and white goals. But the tool needed swpe.exe is no longer available to download.
Can someone upload it?
And the pitch I mentioned, is available to download anywhere? for the dos version?

My apologies in advance if this has been discussed elsewhere but I also am trying to find a way to edit the *.256 files (specifically the boot splash screen / loader1.256). From what I see the swpe.exe lets you view the different .256 files and export a bmp file but it does not give an option to import the bmp back into it. Am I missing something?
