Feyenoord Hospital vs PSV was a really difficult match


CL final was also a hard battle. Fc Porto was.. better


Only Jorge Campos great performance took us to extra-time. in 120th minute he saved a power shot of Jardel and a second try of Domingos. Let s be honest, we wouldn t have a single chance in penalties shootout:)


To sum up:
All trophies won, all competitions best scorers titles taken, 100 more goals scored in league than Ajax and still not a single job offer... hm.. sombody does not like us:/
Or.. they don t appreciate out scoring methods. Maybe we should focus on our defence? New Zealanders want a coach who will build a solid defence.
Let s show them we are the one who can lose only few goals in a season:)

7 wins. King Peter after a great performance vs. Ajax lost his concentration and 5 goals in 5 games.

There was a tough battle vs. Club Bruges and its evil strikers - in 6th minute we were 0-1 behind and had both Henka and Gaston injured... guess who saved the day (pic attached).

I also attached a HIL file covering Henka s return after the injury. As a future NZL coach (when???) we should be pleased with Rufer s skills shown in 5-0 action. Pass by Divine Diego, who also scored the last goal.

Nope, more like Westerveld kept stopping shot after shot, and 2 major lag moments resulted in 2 goals conceded.
Westerveld could have stopped a marble fired from a cannon blindfolded .

But great games, and great fun. We also won our cup match vs Sparta 1-0 thanks to an xflea-inspired Henke Larsson shot, and a last minute wonder save by Big Peter.
We can get our revenge vs Vitesse in the next cup round.

Few games further into season Feyenoord are on a brink of qualifying to CL semis. 1st leg 3-0 advantage should be enough before return leg at Ibrox. Henka has scored a hat-trick in almost every single game of this session although Roda players somehow managed to keep him at bay thus 0-2 defeat in a league game. Team is in a good shape and there were rumours of NZ Football Association executives coming all the way to Holland to watch Feyenoord games. Fingers crossed it wasn t beforementioned game vs Roda.
