Can I play SS(v1.x, not SS98) with SWOS data?

I am a S.Korean user, who just signed in on this forum.
(I have rarely seen other S.Koreans who play SWOS. I m really rare species^^.)

My question is whether I can play early version of Sensible Soccer (not Sensible Soccer 98) using the data from SWOS 96-97.

The reason is, SWOS 96-97 is still quite difficult to me.

I think SSv1.x and SWOS(95 or 96-97) have very similar framework, thus it appears to me that such manipulation can be possible.

I think the version you want is the amiga update version this you can play with 96/97 but updated teams etc.
