Saving leagues and stuff in windows 7 was created by reggie03

I have just downloaded
www.sensiblesoccer.de/amigatotalpack/ami...wostp_v1.5_setup.exe
and the game runs
BUT
I cannot save anything because it asks me to load to a disc that I do not recognise and my computer doesn t understand.
Can i not make the game save to my computer 64 bit win7 hard drive.
