Paider, the date is fixed 27-28 August as far as we are concerned. Unfortunately, we haven t received any official response from the admins if we are to organize this event. And it looks like the final decision about who will be the host will be announced in December.
We are trying to be as flexible as possible and we are ok with changing the date if admins tell us to or if a great majority of players insist on a different date. However, we prefer not to change it.
Foka, I took into consideration your suggestion about the date. The problem is that when there is an event the date is never suitable for everyone and if we change it then someone else may complain about it.

is there anybody who can spends his hollidays that week?
i think it should be great...know and see other cities/cultures and play swos....nothing better in my mind!!
i m seriuos, i m thinking to travel to U.S.A. or Japan all agoust, but.............!!!
