Schulle, Andy, just do it like I did. I told my new employer that I have planned my holidays already and I need a vacation the weeks before and after the Sensible Days.

Just did a quick search in skyscanner.net. I found flights from Budapest to Varna every day at the price of 114 Euro for the round trip.
Currently the best price from Berlin to Varna (departing on the 26-th July and returning on the 4-th of August) is about 180 euro.
For the same dates the best price from Frankfurt to Varna is about 190 euro.
Both offers are with one stop in Budapest.

On the following maps you can see where the tournament will take place. The maps were taken from bgmaps.com which site has also an English version.

Hi folks,
we ve been getting some feedback from ptential participants in Sensi Days 2011 that they couldn t find cheap flights to Varna. Instead they could find cheap flights to Sofia. Our suggestion is to rent a bus in case there are enough participants who prefer this option. The road to Varna takes about 6 hours so we can make a stop somewhere in the middle (e. g. in Veliko Tarnovo which is a nice city and Bulgarian capital in the middle ages). Don t get me wrong. We will find a transport even if only few people prefer this option.
