Sensible Days 2013

So let s summarize the results so far:

I think there are two serious options at the moment:

1.) Djowger and Andib are looking for a suitable location in Denmark
2.) Dzem is willing to organize Sensi Days in Rzeszow in Poland (if there are no other options).

Dimetrodon told us before that Hungary is no option for 2013, me and Paider won t organize Sensi Days in Germany/Eifel next year. Sensiblesows has mentioned England which would be a great location imo. However, we need some more details to discuss this option.

@Retrieving: I agree, Sensi Days shouldn t be too expensive. However, the idea was that Sensi Days is hosted in all countries with a big SWOS community, enough equipment and with people who want to organize the tournament.

Of course, Denmark fulfills these requirements! In 2011 the Bulgarians hosted Sensi Days in Varna. Fantastic location, low costs and within reach of many countries (especially via aeroplane). Nevertheless, there have been less than 30 players (no players from Turkey, Italy, Greece, Czech Republic etc.). So, it s all matter of your priorities and an early and decent planing of your journey.

My suggestion is to wait until end of November and decide date and location in December. Thus, everybody knows the date and the location very early and can start saving money, book flights or look for other travel possibilities.

sadly only in german, but i can prepare some information

in my first calculation it should be possible to have sensidays there around 111 € ( sleeping, eating, admin riskcosts, cups, etc )

friday to monday with

- breakfast
- noon lunch
- evening lunch
- 2 to 4/5 bed rooms


(maybe like fulda)


possible dates:

02.08.2013 - 05.08.2013
09.08.2013 - 12.08.2013
16.08.2013 - 19.08.2013
23.08.2013 - 26.08.2013

but i would prefer one of the first two dates

if there is enough interest i will send a request to them


both locations are ok to reach by train, car, bus, plane ... etc
there should be no noise problem too

can t ask for a better spot than berlin for x th days
